CHIEF APOSTLE, DR. ROBBIE HORTON preached the word of GOD for over 37 years. He was an Apostle, professor, counselor, author, and community activist. Under the ministry umbrella of IAM Fellowship, he not only oversaw churches but was also the founder of Anointed Connection/A.O.C.O. In 1995, he was anointed headship of Chief Apostle by the presbytery of his peers, which included Apostles, Pastors, and Evangelists, who saw the need to be under the covering of a Chief Apostle. This distinction led him to establish and oversee churches and ministries throughout the world.
